01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding service agreement between ra8889 and every individual who registers, logs in, or uses the ra8889 platform in any capacity. By completing the registration process or simply browsing the ra8889 website, you automatically agree to comply with all provisions in this document.

Ra8889 reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a member to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the ra8889 platform following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the ra8889 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be legally residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from Malaysia.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or under any restrictions imposed by ra8889.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not to use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including but not limited to market-making or commercial operations.
• Not found or suspected to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.

Ra8889 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or address at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at ra8889. Owning more than one account — whether under the same name, different details, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, email address, and valid date of birth.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with any other party.
• Notify ra8889 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Ra8889 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the ra8889 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ra8889 supports the following payment methods approved for the Malaysian market:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposits and withdrawals
• GrabPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
• Boost – instant deposits and withdrawals
• ShopeePay – instant deposits and withdrawals
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other applicable Malaysian banks

The following transaction limits apply: minimum deposit RM 20, maximum daily deposit RM 50,000, minimum withdrawal RM 50, maximum daily withdrawal RM 30,000. Withdrawals exceeding the daily limit require additional approval and are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

Ra8889 reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms, pending the completion of an internal investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Ra8889 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

General conditions applicable to all ra8889 bonuses:

• Every bonus carries a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The ra8889 welcome bonus of up to RM 500 is subject to a 20x rollover on the total of deposit plus bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Ra8889 reserves the right to void any bonus if a member is found to have attempted to abuse the promotions system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• All promotional offers have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.

Ra8889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. ra8889's decisions regarding bonus claims are final and binding.

06 Game Rules

The ra8889 platform offers a wide range of game categories, including Live Casino, Blackjack, Poker, Slot Jackpot, Lottery, Virtual Sports, and Table Games. Each game category has specific rules that all members are required to follow.

General rules applicable to all games at ra8889:

• Game results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ra8889 will refer to system records to determine a fair outcome based on the last verified data.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any external tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Members are not permitted to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by ra8889 and are subject to change from time to time.

For Live Casino games, the dealer has the final authority on unexpected in-game situations based on the applicable table rules, and such decisions are binding on all players at that table.

07 Member Conduct

Ra8889 expects all members to conduct themselves in a courteous and respectful manner towards dealers, support agents, and fellow members on the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without warning:

• The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at staff or other members through the platform's chat.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the systems and security of the ra8889 platform.

08 Account Closure & Restrictions

Ra8889 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, hacking, or criminal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• Account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member through the responsible gaming programme.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ra8889 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in that account, including cash and bonuses. Any winnings obtained through means that violate these terms are void and will not be paid out.

09 Limitation of Liability

If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant rules.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
